In the two decades since OPAM was created to serve organic producers and processors in Manitoba, the Association has remained dedicated to the development and promotion of organic standards and techniques for growing, producing and processing organic products. Although the Association has expanded to include membership from Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Ontario, OPAM has not lost sight of the most valuable resource in organic agriculture: the individual committed to the organic way of life.
